This Tiny House is ready to make its new owner happy.
It is approximately 5.10m long, 3.5m wide and 4m high at the highest point. When you enter the Tiny House you get the feeling of space. You don't get the feeling of cramped space that you can get in other tiny homes.
The tiny house has a modern looking kitchen with a large electric oven, a 4 burner gas cooker and enough space for a large fridge.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and mirror shelf. There is also plenty of storage space in the bathroom.
The kitchen and bathroom can be separated by a wooden sliding door.
A large window in the living room lets in plenty of light. There is an L-shaped sofa with storage space inside. There are shelves for books or other items even for a TV. There is potential to install a wood burner or air conditioning.
Upstairs there is enough room for two people to sleep comfortably. The wardrobe is also larger than in most tiny houses. A window lets in fresh air and provides a view to the outside.
All Roto windows are PVC. And are of a higher standard to prevent the heat/cold getting in as quickly. The windows in the bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area open to the outside and have mosquito nets.
The Tiny House is insulated with 8cm of rock wool. There is a vapour barrier on the inside and a wind barrier on the outside. Stainless steel screws were used to install the exterior gladding and there is a rear ventilation system to allow the house to breathe and dry. The exterior has been painted twice with wood paint. The ceiling has 10cm of rock wool insulation. The floor has 15cm of rock wool insulation. The roof is made of sandwich panels, which also have rear ventilation and aluminium gutters on both sides. There is a small technical room attached to the house where you will find the electricity, water distribution and the boiler. There is also space for a gas bottle in there.
The house is mobile and can be transported. It is easy and quick to connect to electricity and water.
